Shrimps Forever ProBacter – filter bacteria for faster balance in the aquarium

Shrimps Forever ProBacter contains millions of live filter bacteria that shorten the break-in time and help the aquarium reach a stable biological balance faster. These bacteria break down waste and convert it into nitrate that the plants can directly absorb.

When an aquarium is started, there are often too few nitrifying bacteria, which means you have to wait before you can add animals. By adding ProBacter you can halve this waiting time.

Filter bacteria are naturally found in three places in the aquarium: first in the filter, then in the bottom substrate and finally in the water. When changing the water, some bacteria always come out. With ProBacter you can easily replenish them with a few drops.

ProBacter also helps aquarium plants establish themselves better. By producing enough nitrate early on, the plants get a good start straight away.

Dosage at start-up

Add 1 ml per 15 liters of water every week for the first three weeks. After that, the aquarium is ready. It is advisable to measure the NO2 value before adding animals.

Dosage for ongoing maintenance

After each water change: add 1 ml per 15 liters of water to keep the bacterial culture stable.

One bottle of ProBacter contains 130 ml, which is enough for 1,950 liters of water. With dropper cap (20 drops ≈ 1 ml).
